PDP serves petition against APC

The PDP legal team claimed APC had been evading the service by putting its state secretariat under lock and key. 

The tribunal had granted leave to the PDP and its candidate to serve the notice through substituted means by conspicuous pasting at the court premises and courier services on the respondents.

But a chieftain of the APC  says they have no reason to avoid service, insisting the party leaders are entitled to vacation after the rigours of the July the 14th  governorship election.
